From Wednesday 13th June you will be able to consult with the surgery online, avoiding telephone calls, delays in getting an appointment and receive a prompt response.

Out of Hours
For urgent medical problems when the surgery is closed you can call NHS 111 on 111.

Extended Opening Hours

We are open on Monday evenings from 6.30 pm until 8.00 pm and Wednesday mornings from 7.00 am to 8.00 am.  Please note these appointments are for patients who are unable to attend during our normal opening hours.

Text Messaging

Missed appointments increase waiting times for all our patients.  To help improve our patient services, we will send you a FREE reminder via text before your appointment.  Should you no longer need your appointment early cancellation will enable us to provide care to another patient.  It couldn't be easier to register - simply provide your mobile phone number and a day or so before your next appointment you will receive a reminder detailing the date and time direct to your mobile phone.  Sign up now!  Never miss another appointment.

pad_and_penSuggestions & Complaints

We welcome your views because our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service, and we try to deal swiftly and thoroughly with any problems that may occur.

Our practice-based procedure for responding to patients’ complaints is designed to provide an explanation and, where appropriate, an apology. It also provides details of what we will do to put the matter right and to try to ensure it does not happen again.

If you would like to know more about this procedure, an explanatory leaflet is available from the reception desk.
