We understand this is a stressful, and uncertain time for everyone, but we have had instances of rudeness and aggression aimed at our staff, both in person and online.
We would like to point out that our staff are coming into work, at great risk to themselves and their families, to ensure our health centre remains open.
We ask if patients can please be patient, understanding and respectful to staff at all times. Processes may run slower than normal as we are following national guidance.
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy and anyone found to be rude or aggressive to our staff may be removed from our list.
