Messaging service
Between 6pm and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, you can call a messaging service for urgent problems, who will direct you to the right person. After this time and at weekends please see below.
Extended hours
We offer doctors appointments between 6:30pm and 8pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The nurse and HCA teams offer an extended hours service on alternate Wednesdays.
Staff training
We close for one hour 12:30pm to 1:30pm on the second Friday of every month.
Out of hours service
Between 6:30pm and 8am, Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service. They will signpost you to where you can get help from, or book you an out of hours appointment.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
