The fees charged are negotiated nationally and are payable by patients or 3rd parties:

Access to records under the Data Protection Act:

Insurance:

  • Accident or sickness insurance certificate – short certificate of incapacity without examination for patient to claim under accident or sickness insurance – £25.00
  • Accident & Sickness Insurance: Full exam & report – £175.50

Vaccinations:

  • Cholera (if for travel, vaccination is free) – £55 per 2 dose course
  • Hepatitis A (if for travel, vaccination is free) – £45 per dose
  • Hepatitis A & B combined (should bot be given for travellers  as Hep B component is chargeable) – £60  per dose
  • Hepatitis A & Typhoid (if for travel, vaccination is free) – £80 per dose
  • Hepatitis B – £35  per dose
  • Japanese Encephalitis – £80 per dose
  • Meningococcal A&C – £16 per dose
  • Meningococcal ACWY – £50 per dose
  • Rabies – £30 per dose
  • Tetnus, Diphtheria & Polio (if for travel, vaccination is free) – £50 per dose
  • Tick Borne Encephalitis –  £656 per dose
  • Typhoid (if for travel, vaccination is free) – £25  per dose

Shipping Medicals

The fee charged is paid during the consultation:

  • ENG1 – £105.00
  • ML5 – £85.00
  • Drug and Alcohol screen with ENG (45 min appointment £35.00 arrangement and £72.00 lab fee) – Total £212.00
  • Danish Medical & ENG1 – duration 45 minutes – (£105.00 + £15.00) – £120.00
  • Danish Medical – duration 30 minutes – £105.00
