Recall and Reminder Service

Our practice uses a recall and reminder service to make sure we are looking after your health by promoting continuity of care. The system encourages you to be actively involved in decisions about your health. Information from your health records tell us which check-ups you are due and when you should visit your doctor/nurse.

This will help to make sure that important health checks are not forgotten and are performed on time. The reminder system will also mention tests required to help prevent/detect certain conditions such as:
